If you require a new intruder alarm installation or intruder alarm maintenance, Ashford Security can provide these services. Whether you go wired or wireless is up to you, each approach has its advantages and disadvantages. Yet the wireless market has come along way in the last couple of years. Wireless systems are now readily available as wired. Wireless system operability does depend on environmental factors and the proximity of critical components. If you do not wish to have cables around your home or business, then wireless if the way forward.
We use hybrid panels providing both wired and wireless detectors on the system. Many of the systems we’ve installed have built in communicators meaning in the event of an alarm activation, they can contact you or a central monitoring station.
Who are the SSIAB?
Ashford Security Ltd are approved installed by the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB).
The SSAIB has wide united Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accreditation, which means SSAIB certification (and subsequently, ours) is subject to independant scrutiny and validation against internation standards.
UKAS is the sole national accreditation body recognised by Government to assess – against European and British agreed standards – organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
We are therefore proud to structure our business around exceeding our annual on and off site obligations under the approval certification. What this means to you in summary, is that our intruder alarm systems are well considered, thought out, installed and supported so you know your security is in very safe hands in the short, medium and long term.
