The current CCTV market is flooded with a large number of products from all around the globe. Ashford Security use a range of different suppliers to good qulaity CCTV equipment at different budget and specifications.
There are many different types of camera's on the market and all have different features. From just the simple static internal dome camera to the full High Speed Pan, Tilt and Zoom camera. Ashford Security can also supply and install covert cameras hidden into a range of different pieces of household goods.
To record the cameras that are installed, there are two methods. Either a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) or directly onto a computer or server. The DVR is the more popular option for recording due to it not interfering with the operation of the computer and taking up all the memory. Most DVR's are now network compatible so can be viewed over a network within the home or business premises.
Recently IP cameras have broken onto the market. These can be plugged directly into a router and viewed across the whole network.
